Terms of Service:
All of our products are “Made Fresh” to your order; they are not taken from our store shelves. Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after the receipt of the order. Please take this into account when determining when you need to receive the order, i.e. an order received on Monday, shipped via ground, will be processed on Tuesday and will not be produced and shipped until the following Monday.
Orders using ground are shipped on Monday only. Orders shipping 3 Day are shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Orders being shipped 2 Day are shipped on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. If your order is placed on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday it will be shipped on the following Monday. If the shipping date falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will not ship until the following Monday, holidays excepted. We must ship in this manner due to the perishable nature of the product. Although our apples have a shelf life of approximately 10 to 14 days, we do not want your order sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
A minimum order of $17.99 is required.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We use both Fed Ex and UPS. You may choose from several shipping methods, Ground, 3 Day, and 2 Day, and overnight. We will attempt to provide you with the lowest shipping costs available. We package our products in extra strong containers to ensure that your order arrives like it was when it left our kitchen
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not “ship-out” or count as “in-transit” days and arrivals on Sundays or Holidays are not offered. (Deliveries On Saturday Utilizing 2 Day Air or Next Day Air w/Saturday Delivery Is Available for Most Areas). You can place your order now for a future delivery date (if desired) by entering it in the comments section at check out.
In order to ship to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders. Separate shipping costs apply when shipping to multiple locations.
Multiple orders shipped to the same location will not be charged a separate shipping fee.

We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, universities, hotels or resorts.
Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. It is at the discretion of the carrier to leave a package at the doorstep. We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were not signed for and left outside.
Sorry, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military (A.P.O & F.P.O), International or Canadian shipments at this time.
All damaged packages must be signed for as such, to guarantee a refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.

Conditions for Warm Weather Shipping:
Unfortunately, there are certain times of the year that require us to ship in insulated containers with ice packs to ensure that our product reaches you as is left our store. To cover the cost of the additional packaging, we must charge a fee for the packaging which is added to the shipping rates charged by our carrier. We do not add any handling charges to the packaging.
• Conditions apply to AL, AZ, CA, FL, LA, MS, ND, NM, TX for shipments from May 1 – November 13.
• Conditions apply to AK, AR, CO, DE, DC, HI, GA, ID, KS, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY for shipments from May 1 – October 31.
• Conditions apply to CT, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, VT, VA, WA, WI for shipments from May 1 – October 14.
An additional packaging fee of $10 is added at the time of billing.
Waiver of Warm Weather Shipping:
At your request, we will waive the Conditions for Warm Weather Shipping; however, the waiver of these conditions will result in a non-refundable, non-credited order.
• Non-refundable: If the total order is damaged or received in an unacceptable condition due to warm weather, and has been shipped during the period of Condition for Warm Weather Shipping where the Conditions of Warm Weather Shipping has been declined as specified for the shipping location, the cost of the shipment will not be refunded; including the cost of the order and applicable costs of shipping and packaging.
• Non-creditable: If an order is received and a portion of the order is in an unacceptable condition due to warm weather, and has been shipped during the period of Condition for Warm Weather Shipping where the Conditions of Warm Weather Shipping has been declined, as specified for the shipping location, the portion of the order in unacceptable condition will not be credited; including the cost of the items received as unacceptable or the applicable costs of shipping and packaging for the total order.
Warm Weather Waiver Request:
If you wish to decline Warm Weather Shipping you will be able to do so at checkout. You will not be charged Warm Weather Shipping fees; however the handling costs (non-warm weather shipping) and applicable shipping charges will be applied.
We charge a nominal handling fee, charged at check out to cover our handling and packaging costs.

All of our apples come in a clear plastic box, which can be recycled, labeled with our company label and ingredient information. Unlike others, we do not use plastic bags or cardboard boxes.
Our other products available on our site are packaged in sealed clear cellophane bags and labeled accordingly.

Billing, Returns and Cancellations:
We do not bill your order until it has shipped.
Since or products are food products, we cannot accept returns.
Cancellations may be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Cancellations for orders shipping within 24 hours will not be accepted.
