The profit is something you decide. The apples cost you $5.35 each. Most organizations sell them for $8.00 which is about a 35% profit. Just keep in mind your demographics and do not over price the apples. Make your money in volume not per apple. So if you priced them at $10.00 each you would probably only sell 50 apples and make $232.50 profit. Where if you sold them at $8.00 and made $2.65 profit and sold 500 your profit would be $1,325.00.

The apples cost you $5.35 per apple, if you are local to us. If not, please let me know so I can let you know about shipping. You determine your selling price depending on your demographics. Most organizations choose to sell the apples for $8.35. That’s a $3.00 profit, per apple to your organization. Please when deciding your selling price, make your profit up in the quantity you sell not the individual pricing per apple. If you sell them at to high of a cost you will not sell very many and your profit will be low. If you sell at a lower price then you will sell much more of them and your profit will be higher.
Once you have decided the selling price you let me know, I put that price on your brochures. I send you a PDF of the brochure ready for printing. The brochures are double sided and in color with a description of each apple and the order form is on the back. The apples are sold for a per-determined period which is agreed between you and Sinfully Sweet. Once your selling period is over, you collect the order forms, tallie the numbers by kind of apples and send me an email with your totals. Such as how many Cookies N Cream, how many Snickers are sold. My staff then makes your order especially for you from your email.
Important things for a successful fundraiser. What is your selling price, what date will you email in your order and most importantly, we need time to make your order. So from the time you email in your order we need 10 days to turn your order around and have it ready for you. So please keep in mind the time to make the apples when choosing when you will need your order ready. Finally, payment must be in the form of a cashiers check or cash. We do not take credit cards or personal checks on fundraisers,
